Advair Diskus

Advair Diskus , an oral inhalation of fluticasone and salmeterol, is used as a long-term treatment to prevent or control asthma and chronic lung diseases. This medicine does not relieve an asthma attack that has already started.

It prevents certain cells in the lungs and breathing airways from releasing substances that trigger asthma attacks.

Advair Diskus has some common side effects, such as choking, body pain, congestion, dryness of throat, sneezing, runny nose or difficulty in swallowing. Some may also have flu-like symptoms, muscle pain, difficulty sleeping or white patches in the throat, mouth or on the tongue.

Advair Diskus may be used to treat other breathing problems, as prescribed by your doctor.
