Bumex comes as an oral tablet taken only once every day, preferably in the morning.
Common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, light headache or fainting, when standing up suddenly from a prone or sitting position. Other side effects contain weakness, thirst, muscle cramps, upset stomach, diarrhea or vomiting.
