Quibron is a combination of theophylline and guaifenesin which is used to treat symptoms of asthma , chronic bronchitis and emphysema . More specifically, this medication relieves wheezing, coughing and breathing difficulties associated with lung congestion and infection.
Quibron is taken orally in the form of tablets, capsules or syrup. The amount needed will vary on the severity of each patient individually. Never take more or less than what has been prescribed by your doctor.
Users taking Quibron may experience some mild side effects. These side effects may be uncomfortable, but generally do not require medical attention. Fast heartbeat, headache, nausea, nervousness, trembling and sleeping difficulties are among the most common side effects. If your side effects become severe, contact your doctor as soon as possible.
