Sinemet

Sinemet , a combination of levodopa and carbidopa is used to treat Parkinsons disease . Some patients require a combination of both medications, while others will benefit from levodopa alone.

This medication improves muscle control which allows the body to move more normally. In order for Sinemet to work, patients must take the oral tablet exactly as directed by a medical professional.

Users may experience common side effects such as abnormal thinking, agitation, anxiety, confusion, difficulty swallowing, dizziness, fainting, hand tremors and unusual tiredness or weakness. If the side effects appear to be getting progressively worse, contact your doctor immediately.

Sinemet may also be used to treat diseases which are similar to Parkinsons such as any type of injury or disease of the nervous system.
