Ultrase

Ultrase , also known as pancrelipase, is a pancreatic enzyme combination used to improve food digestion in individuals who do not produce a sufficient amount of enzymes on their own as a result of cystic fibrosis , chronic pancreatitis or a blocked passage between the pancreas and the intestine.

Ultrase is taken orally through the use of tablets, capsules or a powder, depending on your personal preferences and what your doctor has prescribed.

Common side effects associated with this type of medication include nausea, vomiting, stomach pains, bloating, constipation and diarrhea.

Occasionally, Ultrase is prescribed for other uses, as directed by your doctor.
