Uniretic is a type of medication which combines an angiotensin converting enzyme and a thiazide diuretic enzyme in order to treat high blood pressure. This type of medication relaxes the blood vessels in the body in order to increase the amount of blood and oxygen to the heart.
Uniretic is taken orally in the form of tablets, in a dosage which is clearly set out by your doctor and on your prescription label.
Common side effects associated with this type of drug include coughing, diarrhea, headaches, loss of appetite, sensitive skin, loss of taste and extreme fatigue.
