Urocit-K

Urocit-K , also known as potassiumcitrate, is a urinary alkalizing agent used in the prevention of certain types of kidney stones.

This type of medication is taken orally in the form of tablets, in dosages which are determined by your doctor.

Common side effects users may experience with Urocit-K include abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. If the side effects do not ease up within a couple days, or if they become very severe, contact your doctor for medical assistance.

Urocit-K is occasionally used to treat other medical conditions, as directed by your doctor.
